3. Authorization Requirements

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have explicit written authorization to test any systems you submit to our platform
You will not use our services to test systems without proper authorization
You understand that unauthorized security testing may violate local, state, and federal laws
You accept full responsibility for ensuring proper authorization before initiating any scans

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Hacker Bot, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to Hacker Bot requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Hacker Bot are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and scan results, and grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hacker Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Security testing inherently carries risks, and you acknowledge these risks when using our platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hacker Bot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
